Originally occupied by a small 1960s bungalow, this new modern home in Victoria’s Gonzales/Jubilee neighbourhood is a 2,600-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath urban dwelling. Designed and built by MDRN Built, with interior design also led in-house, the project reflects a fully integrated design-build approach.

Compact, efficient, and low maintenance, the home is carefully scaled to its surroundings, balancing a strong connection to the streetscape with a sense of privacy for its inhabitants.
